Humble Beginnings
We started serving smash burgers and snap dogs as a pop-up in 2021. Focusing on serving simple, high-quality food helped propel us into a temporary stint at The Veil brewery in Norfolk, VA. The time we spent here was critical in our journey to explore and try out menu additions, restaurant systems, and organize ourselves into a proper company. This experience helped get us ready to graduate to our own space.
Entering the ViBe
Fast forward to 2024, with the help of a strategic partnership, we landed our own brick and mortar restaurant in the ViBe District near the Oceanfront in Virginia Beach. We've always loved this neighborhood because of the amazing local businesses and incredible people who make up the community. After our first summer, the space next door to us became available so we jumped at the opportunity to expand our restaurant. The rest, as they say, is history (in the making).
